About us
Our holiday village in Hosingen, in the heart of the Luxembourg Ardennes, welcomes families and groups in a natural and relaxing setting. To ensure maintenance and safety, we are looking for an all-round maintenance worker who will live on-site and also act as resident concierge.
Your tasks
🔧 Daytime – Maintenance worker
- Daily maintenance of buildings and accommodations: plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, minor repairs
- Technical checks (heating, lighting, outdoor facilities)
- Fixing breakdowns and damages
- Helping with upkeep of green areas and common spaces
- Supporting cleaning teams when needed
🛎️ Outside reception hours – Resident concierge
- Available for emergencies or technical issues
- Ensuring a discreet but reassuring presence on-site
- Monitoring order and safety in the evenings and at night
Your profile
- Experience in maintenance/technical service is a plus
- Independent, versatile and practical
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented
- Flexible and willing to live on-site
- Good command of French + at least one other language (English, Dutch or German)
- Driving license B required
