Arrival and Departure

Arrival is possible on all days except Sunday, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, please contact the reception in advance by phone at +352 92.01.06 or by email at info@lasapiniere.lu so we can inform you of your accommodation number.

Departure must take place before 10:00 AM. At that time, the accommodation must be vacated and the key returned to reception. If you depart outside reception hours, please place the key in the mailbox located under the info board, to the left of the reception entrance.

Please clearly include your address and bank details (IBAN and BIC). The deposit will be refunded as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after departure, following an inspection of the accommodation. In case of damage, loss, or excessive mess, (part of) the deposit may be withheld.
