The reception is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You can reach us by phone at +352 92 01 06 or by email at info@lasapiniere.lu.

You can check in between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

If you plan to arrive later than 6:00 PM, you must contact the reception in advance. The reception staff will then inform you which accommodation is reserved for you. The key will be available if the deposit has been paid in advance.
If you want to depart outside the reception’s opening hours, please deposit the key in the key box to the left of the reception entrance door.

This is not always possible due to the cleaning schedule. Please check with the reception in advance to see if this option is available.

Yes, on both the day of arrival and the day of departure, you can still use the park facilities.
Are bed linen and towels included in the rental price?

Bed linen is included in the rental price and is already provided in the holiday accommodation.
You can bring your own towels or rent them as an extra service (€7 per set), as well as a kitchen towel set (€5 per set).
When will I know the house number of my holiday accommodation?

The house number will be provided upon arrival. If a house number is mentioned on your booking confirmation, it is always subject to change.

In every holiday accommodation there is an information folder where you can find all important (emergency) numbers.

There is free WiFi in the holiday accommodation as well as almost everywhere in the park.
Are pets welcome?

Of course, your pet is welcome, but this depends on the type of accommodation.
Two pets are allowed, regardless of weight or breed, in the following accommodation types: F6, F6 Luxe, F8, F8 Plus and F16. Please note: a connected F16 accommodation is considered as one single accommodation, where the rule of a maximum of two pets applies.
For accommodation types B, C, D and E, one pet is allowed, regardless of weight or breed.
Pets are not allowed in accommodation type A.
The price per pet per night is €7.

A cot and a high chair are available for rent at a cost of €2 per night.

What kind of beds are available in my holiday accommodation?
All holiday homes have single box spring beds (80x200 cm or 90x200 cm).
May I barbecue during my stay?
May I barbecue during my stay?
You may barbecue on your terrace/balcony during your stay. However, it is not allowed to place the barbecue on the terrace table to avoid damaging it. Please be mindful of safety regarding open flames and also during prolonged dry periods, as barbecuing may be prohibited then. A barbecue is not included in the inventory, so you need to bring your own.

You can rent bikes at the reception. We rent both mountain bikes (for adults and children) as well as e-bikes. They are available for rent per day or for multiple days.

Currently, there is no facility to charge electric cars at our holiday park. However, about 200 meters from the park, there are charging stations where you can charge your electric car during your stay.

Our holiday park has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Special tokens can be purchased at the reception.
Can I order bread rolls or breakfast?

Yes, this is possible (seasonal) at the brasserie! For more information, you can contact the reception or visit the brasserie’s website.
There is a gas station with a mini market not far from the park where you can buy a variety of bread rolls (also filled sandwiches). You can also go to the supermarket in the nearby town of Marnach.

Can I drive in and out of the park whenever I want?
Can I drive in and out of the park whenever I want?
Yes, you can drive in and out from the parking areas at any time. There is no barrier at the park. However, you must drive at walking speed when leaving the parking area and avoid causing any noise disturbance. The park itself (around the apartments) is car-free.

We do not offer insurance, but you may be able to arrange this through your own insurance provider.

You can easily pay online right after booking or via your account.
Would you prefer to transfer the amount manually? That’s also possible! Please have your payment overview ready; it contains the reference number we need from you. Enter this reference in the ‘description’ field. You can transfer the payment to the following IBAN: LU03 0021 1854 6793 8300, account holder: Aluxtour / Domaine la Sapinière.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Your reservation payment must be fully completed in advance.
When must the deposit be paid?

The deposit must be paid within 5 days after booking. After booking, you will receive a confirmation stating the specific date by which the remaining balance must be paid.

Sometimes, after departure, additional energy costs or cleaning or repair work is needed in the holiday accommodation. The costs resulting from this will be deducted from your deposit. You can prevent this by leaving your accommodation tidy before departure.

You will receive an email from us approximately one week before arrival with an invitation to pay the deposit via bank transfer.

A baby or young child counts as a travelling person. Each accommodation states the maximum number of allowed persons. This total includes both adults and children. Additional persons are not permitted.
What is included in the price?

The prices include all mandatory costs for your group: final cleaning, bed linen, reservation fees, and energy costs.
Would you like to book extras (towels, bed-making service, baby bed…)? These costs are not included in the rental price and will be added separately. The total price of your holiday may vary if you come with a different number of people or book extras.

You will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided during booking. It’s possible that the email address was entered incorrectly or that the confirmation ended up in your spam folder. If this is not the case, please contact us.

Unfortunately not. However, some of our accommodations are more accessible for guests who have difficulty walking (parking spaces closer to the accommodation).

This is possible, but you must provide us with the details of the other guests. Please note: this is only possible with direct bookings.

No, when you book, you pay the price valid at that time. If an accommodation is later offered with a bigger discount for any reason, the lower price does not apply to bookings already made.

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes after booking.
If you do not receive it within 30-60 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

You can register on the website and then log in with your email address. All bookings made with this email address are stored here. You do this by clicking “Log in” at the top of the site. There you get online access to your reservation and can view all your details.

The park is fireworks-free because setting off fireworks is prohibited in Luxembourg. However, we cannot guarantee that no one will set off fireworks. Sometimes fireworks are also set off in the immediate vicinity of the park.
