Everything that is useful to know for a worry-free arrival, a comfortable stay, and a relaxing holiday at Domaine La Sapinière.
Arrival & stay
The reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00, and from 13:00 to 18:00. You can reach us by phone at +352 92 01 06 or by email at info@lasapiniere.lu.
You can check in between 15:00 - 18:00.
Departure is before 10:00.
If you are going to arrive later than 18:00, you must contact the reception in advance. The reception staff will then let you know which house has been reserved for you. The key to the house is available if the security deposit has been paid in advance.
Do you want to depart outside the reception opening hours? Then deposit the key in the key box to the left of the reception front door.
This is not always possible due to the cleaning schedule. You must discuss with the reception in advance whether this possibility exists.
Yes, on the day of arrival and departure you can still use the park facilities.
Bed linen is included in the rental price and is already present in the holiday home.
You can bring your own towels, but they are also available as an extra service (€7 per set), as well as a kitchen towel set (€5 per set).
The house number is known upon arrival. If a house number is stated on your reservation confirmation, it is always subject to change.
In each holiday home there is an information folder where you can find all important (emergency) numbers.
There is free WiFi in the holiday home as well as almost everywhere in the park.
Of course your pet is welcome, but this depends on the type of accommodation.
Two pets are allowed, regardless of weight or breed, in the following accommodation types: F6, F6 Luxe, F8, F8 Plus, and F16. Note: a linked F16 house is considered a single house, where the rules for a maximum of two pets apply.
For accommodation types B, C, D, and E, one pet is allowed, regardless of weight or breed.
Finally, pets are not allowed in accommodation type A.
The price per pet per night is 7 euros.
A child's bed and high chair can be rented and the costs are €2 per night.
In all holiday homes, 1-person box springs are present (80x200cm or 90x200cm).
You can BBQ on your terrace/balcony during your stay. It is only not allowed to place the BBQ on the terrace table due to damage to the table. Take safety into account regarding open fire and also during long periods of drought. Then it may be that BBQing is prohibited. A BBQ is not part of the inventory, so you must bring your own BBQ.
At the park
You can go to the reception to rent bikes. We rent both mountain bikes (adults and children) as well as E-bikes. They can be rented per day as well as for several days.
Currently, there is no possibility to charge electric cars at our holiday park yet. But approximately 200 meters from the park there are charging stations where you can charge your electric car during your stay.
Our holiday park has a laundry where both washing machines as well as drying machines are located. Special coins are for sale at the reception.
That is possible (seasonally) at the brasserie! For more info you can go to the reception or the website of the brasserie.
There is a petrol station with a mini-market not far away from the park where you can buy a variety of rolls (also sandwiches). Or go to the supermarket in the village of Marnach.

Yes, you can drive on and off from the parking spaces. There is no barrier at the park. However, you must leave the parking space at a walking pace and not cause any noise nuisance. The park itself (at the apartments) is car-free.
Change & cancel
The general terms and conditions can be found here. You can also download/read them during the booking process before the booking is made final.
We do not offer insurance, but you may be able to arrange this through your own insurance company.
Do you want to change or cancel your reservation? This is possible in most cases, according to the conditions in our General Terms and Conditions. Please keep in mind that costs may be associated with this.
Payments
No, unfortunately that is not possible. The payment of your reservation must be paid in full in advance.
The down payment must be paid within 5 days after booking. After booking, you will receive a confirmation stating by which specific date the remainder must be paid.
In most cases we no longer ask for a security deposit. We consciously choose to make the booking process as simple and pleasant as possible for our guests, without extra hurdles.
In exceptional cases, such as group stays or specific bookings, a deposit may be requested. This can happen both prior to and during the stay and is always clearly communicated.
Any damage during the stay will, if necessary, be looked at afterwards and handled correctly.
If a deposit was requested, it will be refunded after departure via the same payment method with which the payment was made, provided that everything is found to be in order.
This happens at the latest within 2 weeks after departure, but usually already within 5 days.
Reservation
By filling in the desired dates in the availability, you will see all accommodations available at that time.
Because the requested accommodation and/or date is not available or possible.
You can contact us by email or telephone (00352 - 92.01.06) to be sure.
A baby/young child counts as a person traveling with you. For each accommodation, it is stated how many persons are allowed at maximum. This is the total number of adults and children that may stay in the house. More persons are not allowed.
The prices include all mandatory costs for your company. Final cleaning, bed linen, reservation costs and energy costs.
Do you want extra's (towels, bed-making, baby bed, ...)? Then these costs come on top of the rental price. The price for your holiday can therefore deviate if you come with a different number of persons or book extras.
You will receive a confirmation of your booking at the e-mail address you filled in when booking. It is possible that this address is wrong or that the confirmation has ended up in the unwanted e-mail (spam). If this is not the case, please contact us.
You can make a reservation from 18 years of age.
You can indicate a preference during booking. We will take this into account in the comments but cannot guarantee it 100%.
Unfortunately not. But some of our houses are more accessible for guests who have more difficulty walking (parking space closer in the neighborhood).
Information about long-term stays
Note: Long-term stays cannot be reserved online.

There are specific conditions applicable to stays of more than 14 nights. This concerns among other things adjusted rates and restrictions in the type of accommodations:
- Type A and B are excluded from long-term stays.
- For longer stays it is not allowed to bring pets.
Important: La Sapinière reserves the right to cancel reservations made online that are still identified as a long-term stay if they do not meet the conditions.

This is possible, but you must pass the details of the other guests to us. Note: this is only possible with a direct booking.
No, if you book you pay the price that is valid at that moment. If a holiday accommodation is later offered with more discount for whatever reason, then the lower price does not apply to bookings that have already been made.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes after booking.
Not received after 30-60min? Then check your spam filter / unwanted mail.
You can register on the website and then log in with your e-mail address. All bookings made with this e-mail address are kept here. You do this via the "My Sapinière" button at the top of the site. Here you get online access to your reservation and you can view all your data.

The park is firework-free because it is forbidden to set off fireworks in Luxembourg, but we unfortunately cannot guarantee that nobody is going to do this. Sometimes fireworks are also set off in the immediate vicinity of the park.
