Allround Maintenance Worker / Concierge (possibly as a couple)

About us
Our holiday park in Wahlhausen, in the heart of the Luxembourg Ardennes, welcomes families and groups in a natural and relaxing environment. We are looking for a concierge responsible for maintenance, supervision and the daily operation of the park. A couple is a strong advantage, as technical and cleaning tasks can be perfectly combined.
Your responsibilities
🔧 Daytime – Maintenance
- Daily maintenance of buildings and holiday homes: plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, minor repairs
- Technical inspections (heating, lighting, outdoor areas)
- Repairing faults and damage
- Assisting with maintenance of green areas and shared spaces
- Supporting cleaning teams when needed
🧼 Cleaning (full-time or part-time, depending on profile):
- Thorough end cleaning of accommodations between stays
- Checking and preparing holiday homes
- Managing linen and amenities
🛎️ Outside reception hours – Resident concierge
- Availability in case of emergencies or technical issues
- Providing a reassuring presence for guests
- Monitoring order and safety during evenings and nights
Your profile
- Experience in technical maintenance and/or cleaning
- Independent, versatile and hands-on
- Customer-oriented, professional appearance
- Reliable and willing to commit to a long-term collaboration
- Flexible and willing to live on-site
- Languages: fluent French + at least one other language (Dutch, German or English)
- Driving licence B required
