About us

Domaine La Sapinière in Wahlhausen, in the heart of the Luxembourg Ardennes, has long welcomed families and groups in a natural, tranquil setting.
We are hiring a caretaker responsible for maintenance, supervision and daily operations. Couples are welcome: technical duties and housekeeping combine very well, so both setups are possible.

Responsibilities

🔧 Daytime – Technical maintenance (primarily full-time):

Daily upkeep of buildings and infrastructure (basic electrics, plumbing, painting, minor repairs)
Regular checks (heating, lighting, outdoor equipment)
First-response to faults or damage
Care of shared outdoor areas and greenery

🧼 Housekeeping (full-time or part-time, depending on profile):

Thorough turnaround cleaning between stays
Quality checks and preparing units for arrival
Linen management and restocking supplies

🛎️ Outside reception hours – Resident concierge

Available for emergencies or guest queries (e.g., lost key, technical issues)
Visible yet discreet presence on site
Ensuring order and safety across the park

Your profile

Experience in technical maintenance and/or housekeeping
Handy, independent and solution-oriented
Guest-focused and well-presented
Reliable, aiming for a long-term commitment
Languages: fluent French; Dutch/German/English is an advantage
Driving license B required
Willing to live on site (housing provided)
