Sauna and Wellness

The sauna area at Aqua Nat’Our features a variety of saunas with different temperatures. Thanks to high humidity, the 60 °C sanarium feels like a warm blanket. Inside, a 90 °C sauna gives your immune system a healthy boost. You’ll also find an infrared sauna, Turkish steam room, cold plunge pool, ice fountain, foot baths, and a relaxation area.

Outside, the sauna garden offers two more saunas. The 85 °C log cabin sauna provides an authentic experience, with gentle massages using birch or eucalyptus branches to stimulate circulation. Another wooden cabin houses a 95 °C sauna, perfect for deep detoxification. It’s located right next to a natural pond where you can take a refreshing dip.
