Arrival is possible on all days (except Sunday) between 15:00 - 18:00. If later arrival, please contact the reception in time. By phone +352 92.01.06 or by mail at info@lasapiniere.lu, so that the reception is informed and the number of the house can be passed on.
Departure is before 10:00 am. At that time all luggage must also be out of the property and the key handed in at the reception. If you leave outside the reception opening hours, please deposit the key in the mailbox (under the information box), left at the entrance to the reception. Indicate clearly your address and bank details (IBAN and BIC code) so that the remaining amount can be refunded within 14 days after your departure, minus any outstanding energy costs.
