Are you not only looking for extra space for six people but also for a touch of extra luxury? You’ll find both in this splendid holiday bungalow which, with its 100 m2 of living space, luxury facilities and very high standard of finish, is a cut above our already spacious standard six-person bungalows.
The living room with fireplace on the first floor has plenty of room to sit down with its two 2.5-seater sofas and two armchairs. And the large TV screen and sound bar creates an ideal space for a movie night. The living area gives you direct access to the roof terrace. Here, your whole group can enjoy a meal at the large dining table in a beautiful setting.
The luxury fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a built-in fridge with freezer compartment, a combination oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with four cooking zones and a cooker hood. In short, you’ll have every thing you need!
The three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, each with two single box spring beds including duvets and pillows, make these luxury bungalows suitable for groups of up to six people. Besides the three bedrooms on the ground floor, there is also an infrared cabin providing colour therapy with space for up to four people.
In addition to the infrared sauna, a whirlpool tub (measuring 1.8 x 0.8 metres) makes the spa experience in this bungalow complete. You can relax completely undisturbed in this whirlpool in the bathroom as the shower and second toilet are in separate rooms. The bathroom also has a double wash basin with luxury bathroom fittings and a built-in toilet.
One pet is allowed in these bungalows as standard. Want to bring another pet with you? Ask about this when you book the accommodation.
All accommodations are non-smoking.
The minimum age of at least one of the residents has to be 18 years old. The maximum number of people is not allowed to be exceeded (incl.baby).
If the above rules are not followed, LA SAPINIÈRE reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.
In a type F, a maximum of two pets are allowed upon prior notification to La Sapinière. The cost is €7 per day per pet.
Upon arrival at the park you will receive the free entrance tickets for the pool (max. 3 hours per day) at the reception. In the sports and leisure complex you get a wristband with a chip, that registers the time of arrival, departure and all the extras such as additional hours, pool, sauna, fitness, food and drink, etc.. On leaving the complex, the chips are read out and you'll pay the extra services that you have purchased, by cash or by debit.
AquaNat'Our: Guests of our holiday park are entitled to 3 hours of free swimming per day. After these 3 hours, a fee of €1.50 per additional 30 minutes is applicable (€1.00 for children between 6 and 16 years old). Prices are subject to change.
AquaNat'Our Fitness: Price of €20 for 2 hours.
Business and/or long-term bookings are allowed. Bookings longer than 15 nights must be made directly with the park, and different rates and conditions may apply. The following special conditions apply: maximum occupancy of 1 person per bedroom. Bed linen is mandatory and is changed every 14 days (€8 per person per change). In addition, a mandatory interim cleaning is done every 14 days, and the costs depend on the type of accommodation. Type A is not allowed for long-term rentals.
At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount of €150 (€250 for type F16).
The costs for average consumption of electricity are included. The meter reading is checked at check-out. If you have used more than average, the costs (€0,25 per kWh) will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks after departure. Consumption included per night:
Type A: 20kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type B: 25kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type C: 25kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type D: 30kWh from October to April and 10kWh from May to September.
Type E: 40kWh from October to April and 15kWh from May to September.
Type F06: 50kWh from October to April and 15kWh from May to September.
Type F06 Luxe: 50kWh from October to April and 25kWh from May to September.
Type F08: 70kWh from October to April and 25kWh from May to September.
Type F08 Plus: 60kWh from October to April and 25kWh from May to September.
Type F16: 120kWh from October to April and 50kWh from May to September.
